Keeping the original classic design by Robert Trent Jones, the course will offer better golfing conditions and is now at contemporary USGA standards. The driving range with adjacent bunker and pitching facility is also being completely redone. The Mountain Course (Executive) is 18-hole par 54 with four par fours and the balance par threes. A challenging track in the towering pines that is a test of a golfer's short game.
The NEW Chateau will be opening in November 2004. This $7.9 million, 22,000 square foot facility will house the Championship Golf Course Pro Shop, men's and ladies' locker rooms, a snack bar and administrative offices in 9,350 square feet on the golf course level. The upper level with 13,500 square feet will have arrangeable meeting rooms, and banquet space, an elegant lobby, wrap around decks with panoramic golf course and mountain views, a Golfer's grill & Bar, with patio dining, catering kitchen, state-of-the-art audio/visual system, portable dance floor and stage, and dressing rooms for weddings. This facility, as with the others mentioned, are available for Incline residents or for outside use on an as available basis.
